To help her clients achieve their goals, Julie assesses by looking at the body as a whole with a deep understanding of how each of the bodies systems are integrated. With a keen interest in maximizing ones potential, Julie focuses on finding the root cause of the injury and optimizing one’s strengths to prevent further injury from occurring.
